Disappearing Optical Illusion

How’s everyone out there in Internet land doing today? I know, it’s Monday, so it kind of sucks. However, I have a new optical illusion that will help you take your mind off of the fact that it’s Monday. This is one of those illusions that are going to take up just a little bit of your time. It’s very similar to the Cheshire cat optical illusion I mentioned in one of my posts just a couple days ago.

A user submitted this illusion to us via e-mail and I have to say that it’s an excellent one. Actually, this is one of the coolest ones that I’ve seen in a while. As soon as I got it, I knew I had to post it up. Basically, you’ll just want to stare at the image below and before you know it, the whole image is going to disappear in front of your eyes. Scroll down to check it out!

Stare at Picture and it Disappears

Were you able to achieve the effect I was talking about? You have to stare at the image for a few seconds and it will disappear. Just concentrate on the image and block everything else out of your mind. Before you know it, you’ll be staring at a blank white canvas.

Do you want another illusion to check out today? Check out this optical illusion and try to figure out whether you’re staring a duck or a rabbit.

  1. As the image is out of focus, and the patterns mimics the one of the false colors one can see when you close your eyes under a bright sun, your retina and your brain make up together that this is just noise and after a while, image just fades out.

But as it is actually still,it can’t be “random”, so the brain just makes some colors reappear !

it’s why one see yellow or orange or blue stains from time to time.
