I need your help, guys and gals! As you see, I’ve made some changes to the comment form at the bottom of every post. I had major spam problem last few weeks. Spam was always present, but never in this amount. It came to this, that I received about 1000 spam comments per day! Because of this, some of your comments never got published (it was hard to spot them between spam, sorry!). Now all should be fixed, you can test the new feature, and email me if you encounter any problems. If you find it easier, you can post an error/SPAM/bug you encountered present on this site to appropriate thread in our new forum (suggestions category).
Another thing, my spam protection malfunctioned the other day, which resulted in about 1000 spam comments appearing on the site. I deleted most of them, but April, May and June Archived illusions still have spammy comments. You would do me great favor if you reported the illusion links in which you saw comments that sound something like this: “Nice site. Thanks”, “Cool site thanks”, “Great site. Thank you” and similar, (with spam link in authors nickname). Also some other insulting spam links were posted through comments, so please help me, and report if you come across those few left (in archived months april, may, june). I will be really grateful! Also, if you have an idea how to return those nasty spammers a “favor”, be sure to let me know ;)
I even had a thought on removing comment form completely, and disabling comments on this website for good, but this thought didn’t last long… maybe one second. You are REALLY IMPORTANT part of this homepage, and without you this wouldn’t be a community. My dear visitors, I respect your opinions and thoughts, and they are “secret ingredient” that keeps me motivated on my quest: making most comprehend database of illusions in the world!

cool pics, as for spammers theres nothing you can do. they use special software and sometimes they go in manually and cuz your on blogspot you can’t change the code or add capatcha.

I would like to say it would be better if you could again switch back to the earlier version of comments page, and add the word verification and other anit-spam features into it, instead of a popup-window.
