Dashhatch Optical Illusions by Elliott Line

It’s not rarely that we have true artists submitting their work to Mighty Optical Illusions website. Elliott Line is creator of these cool dashhatch illusions. They kind a remind me on Andy Warhol Bar Code Illusion. As you can see these images contain hidden message or symbol inside them. You might want to back away from your monitor to see them better. This wouldn’t be so cool, if you didn’t saw full size pictures! Be sure to open them full size and then you will be amazed! Here’s what Elliot wrote: “I have attached some illusions that I have created. They consist of dashed lines running in two or three directions, and an image hidden within it. The ‘flag’ one is quite easy to see, but the ‘name’ one might need a bit of staring at.” Also check Paul Parkus, and David Dory’s Illusions

  1. The farther away you are from the computer screen, the easier it is to see the hidden images.

    That is very neat.

  2. you might want not to open the pictures full scale, as it is easyer to see them as they are, just back away a few meters and it is fairly easy, good work!

  3. if you have glasses and can hardly see without them then try taking them off and looking at the pictures. they’re really easy to see this way

  4. Yes Pouch, he DID draw them on paper because you CAN purchase special drawing paper that has an isometric grid on it; I should know, because I HAVE some of that paper!

  5. EASY! I didn’t even have to back up those were easy!

    1: flag
    2: HI!
    3: VURDLAX
    4: bicycle
    5: book

    c’mon try harder!

  6. One of my High school teachers had one of her students make one of these with numbers so when you back away from the wall its hung on, you can see my teachers face, it was really interesting.

  7. to make these they

1 take an image of a bunch of lines or crosses or whatever

2 then where there should be lines he makes the black part of the crosses or wtv slightly darker or lighter

  8. That’s the olympic flag at the top… oh sorry, someone already said that… sorry.
Well, at least you know how to spell it now…

  9. I think the last one looks more like a flag than a book- there’s a cross on it. Maybe the English flag? not the Union Jack, that other one that looks like a red cross…
