Bear Waves Illusion

I’m not certain, but I believe this photo was edited on a computer. Still, it’s an awesome optical illusion. It is very similar to Nature’s Creation, and hides an “object” like the horse head did before. Can you spot it? To give you a hint, look at the title of this post. Hope it helped :) Did you like it? What do you think, is it photoshopped or real photo? I don’t have a clue!

  1. i think this is just one of those things that happens in nature. maybe it was only half there, and somebody added an eye or something?

  2. you spelled Elephent wrong. It took me 2 seconds to see the Polar Bear. and I think it’a photoshoped. It would be really cool if it isnt.

  3. yes bear is visible, I would say its was not photoshopped…. I have a photo i took yesterday, that looks like it has a face showing up in the background. It is rather clear, and due to shadows reflecting off a window.

  4. Well the title sais “Bear” waves, so i think what we\re looking for is well, a bear..But i can’t seem to find it..anyone found a bear?

  5. Sweet pic, easily faked but its cool since its not out of the realm of possibilities. And its not an elephant, it is clearly a bear.

  6. It is too good…I think it is photoshopped. Just the fact that there are no other black spots like on the bear in the water is a clue (at lease to me).

  7. its so cute! i love bears. for those who couldn’t find it its a bear in the left wave. all you can see is the bears face. but it’s still adorable.

  8. i think it is a bear in the splash of water and a fish in the wave llike the bear is about to eat the fish. i got this form the title.

  9. this one was not so impressive. it is obvious how the artist did it, took a really great photo and drew something in it. there is no sense of: “WOW, how did he do that”, like the others have been

  10. i see a polar bear!!!!! don’t u see it??? its on the left i really don’t know if its photocroped though, you know God works in mysterious ways. could be, you never know?!

  11. I saw it after 2 seconds: At the left of the wave, there you can see a bear in the waterfoam! This is photoshopped, I think.
Sorry for my bad english, I’m from Switzerland and I’m 14 years old.

  12. I was looking at the wrong spot for a while too, until i read the name again. I think the large wave on the right looks like a fish.

I think it’s very possible to be the original.

  13. Folks!!! Don’t you see the huge CAMELEON coming down the wave??

The black spot (with the white dot in the middle) is the eye!

    MaSa (Germany) :o)

  14. The fact that I was looking elsewhere and saw a jumping bear there (in the right hand wave) leads me to think this is more like spotting bears and other critters in clouds… easy and not really requiring photoshop. But I do see the left hand bear looking right at me.

  15. Ironic that i was also staring at the same spot (the waves Crest) and as soon as i read the comment above my eye was immediatley directed to the right spot… And thats no illusion… too perfect to not be photshopped or not of this realm

  16. Where did you find it?
    Very nice

  17. I think it’s really cool!! I also think that it’s a picture of a bear pasted on top of the wave but the bear’s like really see-through.

To Sasha : It is not an elephant! That is clearly given away by the title and it even looks like a bear. P.S I’m 11 and I knew that!!!

  18. Looks like a large fish to me with the eye being at the furthest inside point of the wave. And I think it has been photoshopped slightly.

  19. it’s a polar bear, in the crest of the farther away wave. that’s really cool. i don’t think it’s photoshopped.

  20. ARE YOU ALL STUPID???
Look in the white wave to the left and then look at the title of the title of the illusion. Then look back at the wave on the left. ITS A BEAR. How amazing. Come Sasha, you are el stupido. Just open your eyes. No wonder the US has a bad reputation.

    1. ARE YOU REALLY THAT STUPID, MR “dis picture is really dicieving…”?
HOW DO YOU EVEN FUNCTION IN LIFE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE?
I SUPPOSE YOU “GRADUATED” FROM AN AMERICAN PUBLIC SCHOOL SINCE THE BAR HAS BEEN LOWERED TO LOWER I.Q.’S TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WE PRODUCE “SMART” PEOPLE. WHEN IN ACTUALITY, THE NEW GENERATIONS OF AMERICANS ARE MORE STUPIDER THAN ANY BEFORE THEM. (YES, I MEANT TO SAY IT THAT WAY…)

  21. I see the bear in the white background small wave on the left. But I also see, in the darker and larger foreground wave, a huge fish head! Does anyone else see it?

  22. Its a polor Bear!!!! I didn’t read every ones lil’ comments but( I my friends HAD A BRAIN STORM!!) :D but really I did see that it says,”Bear Waves Illusions,” but I also read when I seen the picture on home page that they thought it to be a hourse head or sommum’ like that. ANY BLIND PERSON CAN SEE DAT ITS A POLOR BEAR!!! BUT…. anyhu…..
Can I tell you who Jesus is? Well I am! He was God manufasted in the fleash, Justified in the spirit, Seen among angels, Preached into the Gentiles, RECIEVED INTO GLORY!!!
THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD! AND PEOPLE BETTER GET READY TO SEE HIM CAUSE HE IS COMMIN BACK FOR THE SPIRIT OF GOD WILL NOT ALWAYS STRIVE WITH MAN!
oo yeah back to the picture, huhu,it’s photoshopped I agree wid tut7666.

  23. ya, this is what happens when you drink to much Coca-Cola, You Start seeing that bear, you know from the penguin comercial, where the bear slides down a hill…

  24. That was so cool! I stared at the wrong spot for aaaggeeess- ha ha ha! Pretty clever photoshopping! How would that look like an elephant, tho?

  25. i see a bear, buddah, an eagle, an elephant, another different bird with a big beak, another smaller elephant, and a dolphin surfing. that’s just me tho…

  26. yeah!
    i totally see it!
it looks like a polar bear!
and on the right at the top of the wave,
    if you look really hard
you can see something that kinda look like a gorilla face!

  27. i think it is a fish. am i right?
i think it was a true photograph, with only the eye photoshopped into it.
well its only what i think

  28. haha i was staring at the wrong spot for an hour then when i read the comments i found it, i think its something that happened in nature but someone just touched it up a bit

  29. It took me about 2and a half seconds to realixe the eye, the polar bear on the left and the dolphin up top.

  30. First thing I saw in this picture was the fish.
And after couple seconds I also saw the bear…
But overall this is pretty nice picture.

  31. What is the blue stuff under it? Shadows? And By The Way on the main tidal wave tunnel, there is a hidden dolphin too! Seriously.

  32. aww, its soo cute!! btw, mckinley, i can c da gorilla face 2!! :) but who ever was on a bout da dolfin, i cant c it! :( and Anonymous, i can c daa bunny 2!! :)

  33. Polar bear and fish look at the center of the wave. its the eye and figure out the rest from there.

  34. Polar bear and fish. look at the center of the wave. its the eye and figure out the rest from there.

  35. Actually there are three (3) images in the picture
1, Polar bear in the left white small waves
    2. Giant fish in the middle big waves
    3. Man’s body in an upside down
position, only the abs, and two legs can be
    seen, minus the head.

  36. I don’t know about you all but i also saw a man sliding upside down in the wave. You can see his legs, one arm and the dark spot becomes his head. Interesting.

  37. its a polar bear… but the other wave has some kind of shape to it… i had to look at some of the comments to get it but yeah the hidden bear is in the small wave..

  38. Recently, I’ve noticed a linguistic “mutation” usually of which we only become aware after it has already occurred: When a Brand Name of a product becomes the Usage Name by which the product identified. Now before you yawn or scroll downwards, think about this: What do we in the United States usually call a plastic adhesive bandage used, say, to wrap a cut finger? What do well call the cellophane tape used to wrap presents? What do we call the act of making a photocopy (or the photocopy itself) and what did we use to correct the error we made typing on the form we then photocopied? If you’re like me and most North Americans you said BandAids, ScotchTape, Xeroxing (and a Xerox copy) and White Out. Those brand names have come to replace the more descriptive, original product name. But why? This baffles linguists and must irritate the bejesus out of a company like Curad or 3M.
So what does the waving bear, Neptune’s head and other Spot the Object illusions have to do with Jello? Hello. Does Photoshop ring a bell? “To photoshop” (now a verb, as is “to google”) indicates a conscious manipulation of a photograph, thus-as a few f you have put it–making it not “real”. Unlike the other Brand Names listed above, it seems “to photoshop” something suggests cheating or making the image less valuable or meaningful because it has been retouched or otherwise altered. This surprises me for 2 reasons. Firstly, it takes skill to create the images we see within the images. (In this case, I truly believe the first object we are meant to see is the “fish”. The detailing is much more complex. The “bear” (while clearly a “wave”-ing bear) seems a happy afterthought, taking only a few digital manipulations, thus giving the photo a second go-round on the Spot This circuit). Secondly, Brand Name replacement usage commonly occurs when vast numbers of people have access to or use the Brand Name as much or more than the generic product. But Photoshop is not all that common on the everyday American’s PC. Not only because of the learning curve required to master it, but it also costs a whole lotta moola.Perhaps that accounts for the negative insinuations: (“oh, it’s fake, it’s been photoshopped”). Well enough from me, I’m gonna have a glass of KoolAid and take a nap. (Or maybe I’ll have a cup of Java and sit in my Adobe hut). You can continue scrolling now.

  39. EVERYONE dont look at the green coloured wave!!!!
LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE BLUE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!
hope that gave u a clue!(:

  40. OMG!!! Ther’s a polar bear in the white splashy wave. I think it is photoshopped because it’s so cool, but it could be real!
