no one would run into it because it only looks right from one angle + if you have 2 eys instead of one (camera) you would have depth perception and be able to see it is a wall

It’s not a wall at all but just a railing. You actually can run right through it. The only part that is solid is a small plexiglass piece that the “Run” and Nike logo is on.

I dont think its a billboard. See how the shadows match up so perfectly? The billboard would have to be seen at just the right time of day, in the right kind of weather, from the right angle, at the right time of year… It would just be too much trouble. So I reckon its just a railing or something.
On the other hand, there is the grass colour…

Who knows, maybe it could just be a frame with no middle so you can see through, with the Nike stuff on a stand behind the frame or hanging down from the frame.

It’s a printed/painted wall because: the perspective of the railing on the left changes slightly (as if the photo’s taken from behind the wall), the grass is a different colour from mowing, the shadows don’t match for the time of day on the wall and in front of the wall, the focus of the picture doesn’t match the bushes/trees/leaves around the wall (which are blurry from being far away) but that show up nice and crisp and clear ON the wall (because it’s printed AND it’s closer). Simples. :)
Although I’m not sure of the point of these illusions unless it’s to make you go stand in the correct spot so you can see the illusion correctly.
