Jon Carter attached one of his cartoons for me to include in my gallery. As you see it’s funny reference of Lisa Simpson’s impossible object. There were other comics on this site that held some kind of optical illusion in them, check out Foxtrot and Garfield illusion comics. This impossible shape you see attached to a vehicle appears often in surreal art. There was even an Escher inspired T-shirt with strange cowboys. Many of these can be found inside impossible objects section. Enjoy…
Unfortunatly… old one!
From 1994 by the looks of it :o)
(Still a good one though)
Don’t understand it.
The illusion would work better if the forklift did not match the ground.
Check Mode!
I’ve seen that one somewhere else. (It’s old)
i tried clicking the impossible objects category, and it didnt work. Just wanted to say. Also cool comic.
no duh its 1994… it says in top corner.
That is an old one only Lisa Simpson was holding something like that!
old one but… always cool!!!
possibly one of the most overused optical illusion ever…. -_-“
i like eggs
awsome
the impossible object can’t be the same colour as the ground, as it is connected. follow the top of th object from the back to the front.
im 10 and as soon as i say this i was like ooooo the fork lift thing (the middle) is connected to the “the fork lift thing” and its also the ground so thats why its an impossible object..cuz it cant be connected to t.f.l.t andthe ground
im so confused… can someone explain this to me???
i see it.. look closely at the forklift’s “fork”. its an optical illusion.
