This fine logo makes much more sense after you’ve read the title. It was pointed out by one of our fans, more specifically user called Briamah. I don’t know whether this is a fictional logo to showcase author’s design skills, or maybe Spartan Golf Club really exists out there in the wild. Either way, it’s beyond cool! What did you spot first? The centurion helmet, or the golfer making his swing? The Chicago Bulls Logo Conspiracy

Roger Deschner pointed me to something interesting. Its probably not the most significant discovery, but fun to spot anyway. This is what Roger writes: “This has suddenly become big. Turn the logo for the Chicago Bulls pro basketball team upside down, and it’s a robot sitting on a park bench reading a bible.” Why are they doing this? What do these robot overlords want from us? Please, America – rise up against the cybernetic oppressors before it’s too late! Before you log out, don’t forget to check some other logos through the “Logo” tag. You may be amazed how controversial some logos turn out to be :)

By now, you probably realized I’m not the biggest fan of Google Earth illusions. Don’t get me wrong, its mostly because people who submit these satellite screenshots see illusions everywhere – even when there aren’t any. Today’s illusions was almost ditched from the same reason. I became so judgmental of these type of submissions, that I almost missed an interesting detail in this photo. Luckily, in the last second I managed to see what Frank McAree was trying to explain in his email: “Saw your site featured on the BBC click program, It is fantastic and has renewed my interest in this sort of stuff. I thought you might like this, not really an illusion but attached is a Google Earth image of the Beale Air Force base in California. I think the image on the white building is supposed to be the USAF logo, but given its area 51 connections….” Can you see the illusion? Here is another hint.

True Blood, Last Crusade, and Some other Posters

For all you fans of True Blood out there, I have a little teaser for you for the upcoming second season of the HBO hit vampire show. The teaser comes in the form of a new poster for the new season which of course features a blood spill pattern, the show’s trademark image. Pay special attention though, as the poster is much more than that. At first glance, you may just see the blood but if you focus, you’ll see the silhouette of a vampire about to feed from some poor lady’s neck. This concept is based off the famous Rubin’s Face, a famous optical illusion that allows for two completely separate interpretations of the same image. When you enter the article, you’ll see another example in the form of redesigned movie poster for Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Which one did you like better? Pittsburgh Zoo Optical Illusion

Bob Guckert from Pittsburgh (USA) emailed one of his discoveries. It’s a logo for the Pittsburgh Zoo. Apparently, he found out that the logo holds an interesting optical illusion. He knew of this picture for sometime, but only after visiting our website, he started to see things differently. This is what Bob wrote in his email: “This is an optical illusion I have seen for many years, but didn’t notice till I started visiting your website. Thanks for making me aware of my surroundings”. If you remember, Mira foundation had a similar poster for it’s own campaign. Illusion works same way Rubin’s Vase works, and all other similar illusions we posted earlier, are just a variation of the same principle. So, can you spot the illusion hidden in the poster below? It’s easy!

Afghanistan Unit’s Amblem Illusion

Berardi, Frank J SGT MIL USA USACE sent us this interesting logo: “This is a logo from a unit here in Afghanistan when you look closely you will see that there are all sorts of different aircrafts placed on top of the Afghan outline. But when you step back, doesn’t it look like a dragon head?”

I think Sargent Berardi found an interesting detail, but in my opinion it looks more like a rhino skull or something. Which one do you see? Another interesting logo is about to be posted soon!

Albie’s Farm Logo Illusion

User called Artem sent me this scanned photo a week ago. To be really honest I wasn’t very impressed with it at the first glance. Artem said: “This is the albie’s logo, a farm, but Albie himself is here. His head is the small shed, his arms are the path to the barn, and body, the hill.” I wasn’t planning to publish it, but somehow I never managed to see the hidden Albie man inside this picture. If it’s really there, it can be one of the best hidden game illusions, but if it isn’t or if Albie is too abstract, this can be pretty bad illusion. I need your help to spot him, like I needed with that hidden baby. I was intrigued by this since I always understood every illusion submission. What the hell happened to me? Good or bad, you tell me!

Hidden Bear in Toblerone Chocolate

Peter Qviller, probably inspired by Camel Cigarettes article, spotted the hidden bear in Toblerone chocolate logo. Here’s what Peter said: “If you look closely on the Matterhorn mountain on the Toblerone chocolate, you will see the swiss symbol of Bern (a Bear) incorporated into the mountain“. I think the bear was supposed to be seen by people, but not many notice it. Can you see it? I’m not biggest fan of this chocolate, but this photo sure gave me inspiration to find some chocolate in my kitchen. Hope I have some, let me check… No luck :( There are few more logos that include symbolism. Remember we talked about Fedex logo, and the arrow hidden in it? Also there was Big Ten basketball confederation logo. It hid number 11, due to later added Penn State team. Mira foundation also cleverly included blind person into their sign.

The Big Ten Conference Illusion

Paul Francis writes: “In case you do not know, the “Big Ten” is one of the biggest atheletic conferences for division 1A colleges in the United States. The Big Ten actually has 11 teams in it as Penn State was added to the conference in the 90’s. If you look at the logo below, you will notice that it shows an “11″ in black. Pretty neat if you ask me.” Thanks Paul!

Fedex Logo Optical Illusion

Did you notice there is a hidden arrow in the FedEx logo? Apparently it’s a hidden sign symbolizing speed and precision of this courier office.
