Our regular contributing fan, Gianni D., truly has an eye for interesting and peculiar finds! Just look at this wallpaper Gianni shared with us recently! What at first appears as nothing but dismantled mechanical instrument of some sort (could be a hard-disk for example), in the end turns transforming into something entirely different. Each time you inspect this image more closely you’ll discover another well hidden multiple-meaning illusion. In the end you’ll come to conclusion that each element helps in creating the big picture, picture of a world gone steam-punk! If you like these sort of illusions, then I’m certain you’ll love our recent Engine Room Illusion too. The best thing about this one is how obvious, yet well hidden illusion it holds is.

Smokin’ Hot Optical Illusion

Thanks to our loyal and investigative audience, “together” we’ve managed to locate more photos of the anamorphosis work by François Abelanet, and learned how it can be found exhibited at Paris town hall. Be sure to check the mentioned post for more updates. Today’s featured illusion is somewhat easy to see, and chances are slim there wasn’t any digital manipulation going on with it. Still, someone has seamlessly integrated my old time favorite – “Lady in Smoke” into a real life photograph focused at the lit cigarette. As much as I’m against smoking, I really loved this one!

Curious Tranformation Illusion

Let me see if I can dig up something I believe we haven’t already showcased before. It’s just that Sandro Del Prete’s paintings sometimes resemble each other so greatly, I can’t be exactly sure if I already blogged about this one. Either way, his transforming hands motive isn’t something we haven’t already seen.

Still, take a look how seamlessly Sandro managed to differentiate figures shown on your right. What’s so interesting about it, is that when you focus on the figure on your left there’s no mistake it pictures a human hand. If you observe the right one, there’s no point denying we see a young lady holding her hands up in the air. Yet if you compare the two figures, it’s not easy to see any obvious differences. So how did he do that? It must be the surrounding context of each figure, if you ask me…

Hidden Persons Optical Illusion

It is really amazing how such amazing works of art get unnoticed, and somehow manage to bypass my approval queue. Just when you get to think there are no more major league illusions left to feature, another wave of magnificent works gets re-submitted by our loyal fans – I thank you for that! Btw, many of you asked how illusion submission works in the first place? I thought the footer (email) link “Submit Illusion” was obvious enough, but your input suggests I should bring more attention to it… Let me see if I can come with some sort of submission form in the following days…

Regarding the painting, it’s another creation by famous Octavio Ocampo. Observe it closely. How long does it take before you notice additional persons present? Don’t stop before you found all four of them! Perhaps there more, let’s see how many of them have you identified?

Fake Nude Lady Optical Illusion

Check out this hell of a funny .gif animation, one that could easily fool you into believing we weren’t supposed to share, specially because of our safe-for-all-ages strict policy. But I promise you, that once you see the looping animation from start to its end, you’ll quickly realize there wasn’t anything wrong with it in the first place.

I believe we successfully managed to fool you this time! I firmly believe you won’t find posts like this untasteful, and instead will have a laugh like I did. Anyway, I expect seeing this on bunch of forums anytime soon, mainly used as an avatar in your profile :D For more (fake) sexy illusions of this type, be sure to visit appropriate #sexy tag. BTW, anyone knows which show was this taken from? I believe they were heavily inspired by Bald Gentlemen illusion prior to making this gig.

Ladies and Gentlemen Illusion

I’ve found both of these optical illusions festering somewhere on my desktop computer. I always thought they were well produced, yet never felt they really deserve their very own post on this site. Luckily, a solution came to my mind – why not have them both at the same time?! Something similar was tested 2 weeks ago, and your response wasn’t bad at all! The first one depicts two booby-licous gentlemen, while the other was created by our well known illusion master – G. Sarcone. Can you be sure how many ladies are there present in the second picture below?

Two Heads are Better Than One

I’ll need some help from you guys concerning this one. I’ve recently received this optical illusion from an unknown visitor, with title saying: “Two heads are better than one“. Further description said something about an optical illusion in lady’s orchestra. I’m not sure if this was some kind of a joke, but apparently there is something else hidden inside this picture. My guess is that there is another person’s head seamlessly integrated within the photo, but I had no luck spotting it. Let us solve this one together. If the illusion wasn’t that cool, don’t blame me – I couldn’t see it, thus had no chance deciding if its good enough to appear on our website. To be frank, I enjoy this kind of illusions the most (the ones I never managed to solve myself). This give me an opportunity to enjoy reading your comments, and participating in the open debate.
