Just found this amazing photo! While viewing competition’s blog (thanks Walt!) it pointed me to Flickr where this beautiful photo originates from. Original artist is named André Gustavo so be sure to check more from his collection.

Shari Spark, from Allentown – PA sent in this giant bird optical illusion. He gave this explanation: “This small, er…rather large common sparrow was spotted on top of this building in Israel. Actually it was taken in Mini-Israel, a scaled model of the country – the bird made himself right at home on the roof [...]

Another proof that you don’t have to be some kind of genius to make your very own optical illusion. This rather simple, but quite funny picture made my day. It appears that the guy on the left is stuffing sun into his friend’s mouth. Cool! These simple illusions know to be really entertaining! Check the [...]

A friend of mine – 69Max69 (webmaster of Nature’s Mighty Pictures), just sent in this funny optical illusion. As you see, it appears that the English Queen is bald headed! The guy in the background fits perfectly as an extension to this folded bill. If some of you live in UK, please post which bill [...]

The image below gives you San Marco Square (Piazza San Marco), which is the main square in Venice. It is surrounded by chic sidewalk cafes and fancy suvenier shops. Although it looks like this picture has nothing to do with optical illusions, infact it has…a lot! If you spotted what’s it all about, post your [...]

It would be easy if the scuba diver was behind, and the jellyfish was just infront of the camera, then “relative sizes illusion” would be possible. [...]

Just look at the pictures below. Now admit, what was the first thing that came to your mind? I believe that the answer was something like “no way these images are for real, they must be some sort of scaled models”. I’m sorry to inform you that you were wrong. Actualy it’s the other way [...]

This one is old, circulating the web for some time now, but either way much fun! It looks like this girl is kissing smaller replica of Sphinx statue, that was originally built by Egyptians 2000 B.C. But wait, it’s the real Sphinx statue! This picture can work either if the women is a giant godzilla-sized, [...]

These days you can’t trust anyone, anymore. This one is called Jastrow illusion. It is an optical illusion discovered by the American psychologist Joseph Jastrow in 1889. Oh, how sure I was that this illusion wasn’t possible, and only another hoax, but after I watched the video I was convinced it’s true. Amazing! As you [...]
