Relative Sizes Category
Thanks to Patricia Hadad for sending us this wonderful set of images! This set was photographed by “vodka max” professional photographer, and can be originally found on his Flickr Website. Be sure to check more of his wonderful work there. More pictures of tiny people can also be found inside this post! It’s the same [...]
Remember “Muller-Lyer Arrows”? Later, I also posted “Lines no.2″ which is exactly the same type of an illusion. Today I give you another one of this type, yet this time in real life. Observe this corner shop; first picture is taken outside of it, the other is from the same window, just taken inside of [...]
Which of these two Monsters is bigger? Can you tell? By now, you obviously guessed they are both the same size. Or are they? This is a perspective illusion. We posted simmilar ones in the past. Like “Soldiers”, “Monoliths”, “Perspection”, “Lines in Street”…
Another nature’s magic act: refractivity of water and water’s abbility to magnify things in a way lenses do, equals another real life optical illusion! Have you enjoyed this one as much as I did? Physichs and Math are my fields of knowledge, but I’ll let this illusion be discussed among you, my faithfull visitors :)

This is the [...]
In a same way “Man Holding a Sun” Illusion was shot, we have “Man Holding a Taj-Mahal Illusion”. Looks nice, doesn’t it?
This Optical Illusion is my personal favourite. Really artistic presentation of Man Holding a Sun.
This one works in a same principle Soldiers Illusion does. It seems these two monoliths are different in size, while in fact they are both of the same meassures. Use photoshop, overleap them and you’ll see what I’m saying.
