Both faces share the same features except the &#039;eyes&#039;.

A easy way to see it is to cover the &#039;higher&#039; set of the eyes with your finger.
In other words,the bags under her eye is the second(lower) set of eyes.</description>

		<description>After trying to solve it the clever way, I believe the second head is in the back of her hair. Thus this second head can help the lady play the instrument, being plugged into her brain. It would be more interesting if this second head was not planned by the painter, and that it appeared by chance. If not then this is a lame hidden second face.</description>
