So the news is that Google update it’s Feedburner feeds, now they direct to their own servers. You may notice this if you hover over our RSS button (if you haven’t subscribed already, be sure to do so). This little redirect they did, brought some errors to our “Optical Illusion of the Day” widgets. Don’t worry. I have already updated iGoogle and Facebook widget, finally fixed the PC and MAC widgets. And the new Vista widget is also fixed! (download 3.0 version). I’m posting this just to keep you updated with what is going on around here. In the mean time, try to find 8 hidden elks inside this picture below. Yeah I know, Gardner again…

See, to me there are 5 hidden animals and another three that are not hidden. Does this mean the title is incorrect or that there are actually 8 hidden AND 3 obvious animals (elk, moose, caribou, reindeer Christmess elves, whatever)?
the problem is that, you say there are “8″ HIDDEN elk. it is there are 3 obvious elk in the picture, which i do not consider to be hidden. so…shouldn’t the correct discription and task,be… find the 5 “hidden” elk..i don’t think that people like myself should be misled into thinking that there are actually “8″ hidden, only to be disappointed that there are only 5…

All I see are the 5 elk that comment #2 pointed out and the 3 “real” elk. Are there 3 more hidden elk or no? I don’t want to waste my time looking for 3 hidden elk that aren’t even there.
I think that its good they say there are eight hidden ones instead of five… some people might think that the obvious three count and just give up after they found five and thats no fun… perhaps you could put “Find 5 hidden elk and 3 obvious” but that is kinda long. Its good the way it is.
