wow cool illusion... took me about 4 minutes to figure it out ... but those of you that say the turd is his shoes are wrong if you look carefully you will notice that he has a cuff in his pant in the first pic and then the cuff looks like his shoes in the second pic ... therefore allowing and extra pair of feet and then the turd added to the head ...

I think Todd pretty much got it, but I was still confused, so I figured it out for myself. Here's how I explain it:

First, notice how there are nine faces from the second picture that you can recognize from the first. From left to right in the second picture: the guitarist, the black woman, the guy picking his nose, the old bald man, the guy kissing, the woman kissing, the juggler, the guy with brown hair and an open mouth, and the guy in the wife-beater. These faces are in the first picture as well as the second.

However, there are four faces (for a total of thirteen) in the second picture that you cannot find in the first picture. You can find their *bodies*, so at a glance it looks you're seeing the same people, but you can't find their heads: the guy getting his leg bitten, the woman on the bike, the guy sitting cross-legged, and the guy in his boxers. Also note that all of these -- with the exception maybe of Boxer Man -- look squinty and squashed.

NOW. Look specifically at the cross-legged guy in the first picture. Look carefully at what they did to him in the second picture. They cut his head in half. The top half went to the Dog Guy in the second picture, to create ONE entire head. The bottom half of his head stayed to create ANOTHER head using the top of the cyclist's head from the first picture. She got the now missing top of her head from the guy in the boxers, who got the new top of HIS head from the pile of dog poop in the first picture.

They did essentially the same thing with the legs. They basically cut the kissing guy's leg into two pieces to make an extra pair of legs. Notice how the cuffs on his pants from the first picture turn into his shoes in the second picture, leaving his blue shoes behind to be taken over by the guitarist, who loses his feet. The feet are taken by the juggler, whose old feet are taken by Nose-Picker, whose old feet (and knees) are taken by Wife-Beater, whose old feet (and legs) are taken by Kissing Lady, whose old feet (and legs) are taken by the black woman, whose old feet (and half of her body) are taken by the brown-haired guy, whose entire lower body is taken by just the head of the old bald guy, whose entire body is taken by just the top HALF of the head of the cross-legged guy in the first picture. Now it does the face-splicing thing that I already explained.

Like Todd said, it's not something you can just pick out. You recognize most of the faces from the first picture, and for those faces you don't necessarily recognize, you recognize the lower bodies (the dog biting the guy's leg, the bicycle, the crossed legs, and the boxers).

You could say that the one new person is the guy in the second picture is Dog Guy. His face did not exist before: it was formed by the top half of the cross-legged guy's old head.

This really tripped me out. :)
