It seems advertisers finally recognized Mighty Optical Illusions as big potential for their business. This is an intermezzo post we did for our sponsors. Every now and then we inform you about these great companies that help MOI exist and let me dedicate myself to full time professional blogging, which translates – because of them you see a new illusion each day!
As I formerly informed you, we acquired Google page rank of 6 (PR6), and crossed 8 million unique visitors milestone in less than a year! Moreover, this website has predicted page rank of 7 (PR7) in next Google update. Since we changed domain few months ago, Alexa and Technorati aren’t fully updated yet, but I assure you if they were, we would be among top 100 blogs in the world! Awesome or what? Moreover, with over 50,000 unique visitors daily, we are for sure no.1 trafficked website in ReviewMe marketplace, but it’s hard to convince business people that ReviewMe stats aren’t fully correct.
As a result, Cable Organizer’s Lab Printers division ordered a sponsored review of their product. I have to admit I didn’t immediately understand what their product is, but after seeing some photos (look left!) I remembered my dad used some of their labeling stickers to label his CD cases. You can browse through various printing machines, digital or “analog” how I call them, and if you ordered any of their products you’ll see that it is more fun using the analog ones. Remember those little plastic bubbles that are so fun to push and pop? Well this is the same kind of fun multiplied by 100.
As a megalomaniac I am, I always aim at the best, so this particular product caught my attention: Brother P-Touch PT-9600 Labeling System. Yeah, I know it’s robust but all of them are portable, specially the handy Dymo® Label Buddy. The PT-9600 prints on a regular “TZ” tapes with a wide selection of sizes and colors and it can print on industrial adhesive tape as well. It is powered by a AC adapter (which is also included) or a rechargeable battery (as well included). It can be connected to a PC/Mac to create more professional looking labels.
The Dymo® Organizer Express with the exclusive Soft-GripSM handle, on the other hand offers an extra measure of comfort, convenience and performance in your work place. The labels can be easily loaded and cut with an enhanced tape-cutting feature for faster tape-backing removal. No batteries are needed to print letters, numbers and symbols without effort. Includes one pre-loaded 3/8″ (9mm) wide x 12′ plastic embossing tape with one-side adhesive.
If you are looking for a good cable management system, their label printers and automatic labelers are good choice for server rooms or home theater systems. A Rite & Wrap labeler or Dymo label maker can provide a great way to prevent wires from becoming entangled and generally mixed up.
To conclude this payed review, I just want to summarize that these handy labelers can hard print letters on the sticky tape, and you can for example find use of them in printing your forename on the label and sticking it on your mail box. Simple ayeh? I’d rather buy it for my kid to have fun while learning letters and numbers!

Wow, this illusion is just so tricky, damn, I need some help for this one…
Anyone willing to give me a clue?
Its just so unique and bizzare. My head hurts trying to figure this one out.
No, it really is hurting, I think I am going to need some panadol.
Arrrrrr.

I know that this is going to be censored, much like every other comment I’ve tried to put up…but I hope that other people agree with me when I say that I’m tired of this selling out. Why do you have to do it? I started watching this blog when it was very young. I’ve noticed that it’s gone downhill _SO_ much since then. Not that you care, but I think I might just stop checking the blog. Thanks.
I agree, just like everything else cool on the net, greed and advertising is going to kill this great blog.
Sure the ads suck but without them there wouldn’t be this website. Since hosting these websites requires webspace, which isn’t free. And ads brings money to the site owners to pay the webspace. So stop whining unless you wanna pay for this site.
So it’s up to you, pay and watch without ads, or don’t pay and watch with ads. And by the way it’s not annoying since there aren’t those kind of ads that produce popups or active “things” on the screen.
So just ignore them. Thanks.
I believe the “annoying” part is not the advertising in general. Banner ads, and the side ads are not that bad. It was the dedication of an entire page in place of what people have come to love every day that gets on everyone’s nerves.
Besides, with 50,000 Unique visitors daily, the adspace of these banner ads are bringing A LOT more money than it cost to host this site. It’s a pretty flawed argument to say the host must have an entire day’s blog focused on some product to be able to pay the bills.
I agree with Joonas.
I agree, so from now on no more in-post advertising. Read the announcement here (under “P.S.”)
hope you appreciate it :)

Hey everyone,
I don’t think this will kill the blog, Vurdlak has spended many hours/days/months to create this blog. So a little financing, doesn’t hurt right? As long as this blog isn’t to commercialy aimed, I don’t think it will hurt him.. :) I really think Vurdlak deserved it. He even put a nice story here! To keep it a little personal.
Congrats with the numbers mate!
Greetz,
Tovenaar
firstly, congrats on the site. It relieves my boredom on an almost daily basis.
Second, ads are just like jobs, just paying the bills. It’s not like users can’t just click on another page.
Lastly, love the site, do whatever you have to do to keep it up. :)
Technically, all of the labelmakers are digital in that they are discreet. I believe that what you mean is purely mechanical versus labelmakers with electronics in them.
The best thing you can do is just stop calling these “paid reviews”. That reeks of cynicism. You can’t accept money to give something positive publicity and then make out it’s a *review*. I suggest you just call these spots “Advertising Features” or something.
I don’t see the illusion!
