Brian Morphy improved our strange heads illusion collection. This time we have Volleyball Head illusion. We had basketball player in similar situation, as well as one strange gymnast. It also made me remember our annual “Me & my head enjoying the sun” post. Many of these happen by coincidence, jut like that frisbee one. But let’s give Brian opportunity to express himself: “It’s Brian Morphy again, from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I was reminded of this volleyball photo I took when I saw your Basketball Head image from Dec. 21st. It’s strictly luck and timing.” Make your illusions coming, I post only the best, but there are still many in my mailbox queue. No shortage currently ;)

The ball is just in front of his head. It’s no big deal. You can find pictures like that anywhere.

Of all the illusions you could have posted, you choose to put an uneventful picture that doesn’t even begin to turn the gears of the question “what is that”.

To all those anonymous (except #2)and the rest of the people that say this is useless. We all know what it is, its not supposed to be a spot the object or anything and was MEANT to be obvious, what is so good about these pictures is that the photographer was at the right place at the right time. Now, just enjoy the picture, not all illusions are hard. (an illusion is seeing something that is not really there, in this case the ball is not really his head) Understand now? Good.
I think these comments above are all bad, because the pic is cool! Sure, it’s not the most AMAZING pic ever, but it is cool! The timing required is amazing, if it is a still picture, instead of a frame from a video. I love this site! Don’t be so hard on this site, people!

this is not very good. the guy is hitting the ball. i thought the point of an illusion was to make it look like something its not. this is just… not.
