Missing Pice Of Cake Illusion
January 29, 2007 by VurdlakReader whose name I couldn't read (Arabic?) emailed me his creation. It's quite simple, and nice if you try and understand it. As you see we have two photos here. First one gives you impression there is a pie with missing piece pictured in it. When you look at the second photo (which is actually the same one, only rotated), you see only one last piece of pie. How can it be? It's similar to our convex/concave illusions from before. Check more in multiple meanings category.
I'm deeply sorry for lack of illusions posted lately, but please be patient since we are working more on solving technical difficulties the site has been having lately. This is the reason why posts aren't so frequent and detailed. But we have some good news as well! Dashboard widget should be working in no-time - thanks to Michael Tughan. It seems Michael managed to solve the issue, and fix the code in the widget. I submitted the new version to Apple's website, and as soon they update the file, you'll be able to download the new version. If you are impatient, you can email me and I'll send you the new widget, so you can test it some more before it goes public. Stay tuned...

i think it's a good one (and i remember seeing this first many many years ago in grade school). could've been drawn better i guess.
