I’m not certain, but I believe this photo was edited on a computer. Still, it’s an awesome optical illusion. It is very similar to Nature’s Creation, and hides an “object” like the horse head did before. Can you spot it? To give you a hint, look at the title of this post. Hope it helped :) Did you like it? What do you think, is it photoshopped or real photo? I don’t have a clue!

I think it’s really cool!! I also think that it’s a picture of a bear pasted on top of the wave but the bear’s like really see-through.

To Sasha : It is not an elephant! That is clearly given away by the title and it even looks like a bear. P.S I’m 11 and I knew that!!!

  6. Phil W says:

Looks like a large fish to me with the eye being at the furthest inside point of the wave. And I think it has been photoshopped slightly.

  7. Anonymous says:

  13. Anonymous says:

If that big splash on the left is supposed to be a bear head, then I’d say it’s real and not photoshopped.

1, Polar bear in the left white small waves

position, only the abs, and two legs can be

  71. John K says:

Recently, I’ve noticed a linguistic “mutation” usually of which we only become aware after it has already occurred: When a Brand Name of a product becomes the Usage Name by which the product identified. Now before you yawn or scroll downwards, think about this: What do we in the United States usually call a plastic adhesive bandage used, say, to wrap a cut finger? What do well call the cellophane tape used to wrap presents? What do we call the act of making a photocopy (or the photocopy itself) and what did we use to correct the error we made typing on the form we then photocopied? If you’re like me and most North Americans you said BandAids, ScotchTape, Xeroxing (and a Xerox copy) and White Out. Those brand names have come to replace the more descriptive, original product name. But why? This baffles linguists and must irritate the bejesus out of a company like Curad or 3M.
So what does the waving bear, Neptune’s head and other Spot the Object illusions have to do with Jello? Hello. Does Photoshop ring a bell? “To photoshop” (now a verb, as is “to google”) indicates a conscious manipulation of a photograph, thus-as a few f you have put it–making it not “real”. Unlike the other Brand Names listed above, it seems “to photoshop” something suggests cheating or making the image less valuable or meaningful because it has been retouched or otherwise altered. This surprises me for 2 reasons. Firstly, it takes skill to create the images we see within the images. (In this case, I truly believe the first object we are meant to see is the “fish”. The detailing is much more complex. The “bear” (while clearly a “wave”-ing bear) seems a happy afterthought, taking only a few digital manipulations, thus giving the photo a second go-round on the Spot This circuit). Secondly, Brand Name replacement usage commonly occurs when vast numbers of people have access to or use the Brand Name as much or more than the generic product. But Photoshop is not all that common on the everyday American’s PC. Not only because of the learning curve required to master it, but it also costs a whole lotta moola.Perhaps that accounts for the negative insinuations: (“oh, it’s fake, it’s been photoshopped”). Well enough from me, I’m gonna have a glass of KoolAid and take a nap. (Or maybe I’ll have a cup of Java and sit in my Adobe hut). You can continue scrolling now.
