I believe you already saw this picture circulating the net. It's really old, but classic optical illusion. If you look at this double meaning picture, you will first see a giant duck holding a guy in her beak. But if you rotate the picture for 180 degrees, you will get a different image: a fisherman relaxing in his boat, while some big fish is passing him by. If you like multiple meaning pictures, don't forget to check: Da Vinci code ambigrams, autumn motives, hand print in sand, people in the wall...
You should be aware that this drawing is a little part of a serie were Gustave Verbeck (1867 - 1937) presented a whole story that consisted to show on one comic page two pages (you turned the page to have the second one). If my memory is OK I think he did about 60 pages in this way. They are called "the upside downs of little lady lovekins and old man muffaroo’ and appeared in the New York Herald from 1903 to 1905. Lady Lovekins changed in Old Man Muffaroo as you turned the page and vice-versa.
