Here’s a photo I beleive was taken on St. Marco square in Venice, Italy. This person is feeding the piggeons, but have they eaten the head also? Don’t know, can you see the head? This image wasn’t photoshopped! P.S. I’ve added two more games inside the Mac Games Section. Can you find them? Please comment your expereinces with those games, so I know if you liked them :)

  2. Quin says:

That’s what happens when you feed pigeons in squares. Just look at Trafalgar square in London.

  3. Jmac says:

It’s not just the head, it’s the entire upper torso that’s missing. I’m no expert, far from it, but I can’t see how this image wasn’t photoshopped if that’s supposed to be a real person. Maybe it’s not a person at all, but some kind of sick bird feeder? That’s the only explanation I can come up with.

    Great site BTW.

    no…
his upper part of the body is behind a mirror. he is behind it on his knees. if you look close, you can see it.
watch the piggeon right of the persons left hand…mirror

  5. Rootman says:

No matter what – they’re going to be covered with some white stuff once the pigeons take off!

  6. Detective Shilalah says:

Looks more like the person is behind a tarp or curtain with the image of the pigeons and St. Marco square on it. If you look at the hand, it appears to be coming through a hole and grasping something.

  7. muncle says:

Why aren’t the pigeons eating the food from the hand? They should be all over it. Also the angles of the paving stones change from the foreground to the background. The change is apparent around the first white line.
There’s a lot of detail in the hand, sleeve, and pants however the birds in the foreground are blurry and indistinct.
    What’s going on?

  8. lea says:

i’m not sure, but it would be a neat birdfeeder, nice idea!

  9. Cold Justice says:

Y’all are making this one too difficult. The person doing the feeding is simply doubled-over, probably in reaction to being covered by all of the birds. Between the almost complete coverage of the birds and the angle, the subject’s head and torso have been fully hidden.

The bigger mystery here is finding out what (possibly foul [fowl?] deed) he did to get all those birds on his back, ignoring the outstretched hand full of food!

  10. Tuco says:

It looks like the person has his head in a garbage can or something. His/her hand left hand is resting on something that looks like a black, plastic object. Regardless, this is very Hitchock-ian (?)

muncle, thats called “depth of field”

not everything can be in focus at the same time.

  12. Lauren says:

The person is just leaning forward, is all. No fancy curtains or anything. It’s just a normal picture! Cute though.

  13. totoro says:

    i think it is a “trompe-l’oeil”.
The pigeons d’ont eat the seeds!

  14. kym says:

yeah it looks pretty cool but all u comment people r crazy bye

  15. HeavenDreamSeeker says:

The pigeons are resting on his back, forearm and head. His head is next to his left hand, and every part of his body is camouflaged perfectly by the pigeons.

given the size of legs and arms this is a medium build person, there is no possible way to contort the body to just be covered by pigeons. i dont see a mirror line anywhere and how is it that not a single bird cares for whats in the hand? clearly photoshopped. but still nice image

  17. Silly Corne says:

It is not ’shopped, as clearly stated. It’s a sign that the Apocalypse is near. Genetically engineered pigeons that are ravenous carnivores eating people is just the beginning.

  18. Anonymous says:

Imagine how much you would get pooped on… eww. Although, pigeons are cute so i wouldn’t mind :D

  19. CareBear says:

Where’s the head? Potential sources of information would be either Daphne Dumaurier of Alfred Hitchcock.

  20. Anonymous says:

The head is on the bottom right.
