They tested this on “Mythbusters” there is a piece(s) of wood that’s under the water and they are standing on it.

i think he jumped off a mountain close to the water and then they took the picture just as he hit the water. thats my guess im only eight so dont be mean please. it would be funny if he was Jesus though.

It looks like they are both standing on a rock close to the surface of the water.. the rock appears to be in the same location, just the camera angle changed for pic #2. it looks like a drip of water fell from the man in the pic#2′s foot (water ripples). Probably from walking out to the rock :D

but if theyre standing on a small rock wouldnt they tilt? Yes! but No! theyre not tilting at all! im 11 so plz dont be mean saying im stupid! and oya this scares me like heck cuz i cant swim and if that was me doin that i would really faint and probaly drown d: D= great thing to say right? but if it was what reese says why is it that in the background u can see the land? i really doubt the the sand would wash that far off land into the water and create shallow wate i mean ive been in shallow water at the beach but not nearly as shallow as that! u can even see the bottom of their shoes!!! but really if he really is standing in the sun why is he not lit up at all as if hes in a shade but u see noting above him!! if it really is P.S. they made it look really real im kind of impressed of how fake it is to how real it looks but i hope its not p.s. or and illusion or wood or rock below it i just hope it magic or the angels of the heavens holding them up ;D d= hahahaha

there are no ripples on the first picture and no person can stand still without shaking therefore he just inserted himself to the landscape.

they are probably on a beach, and the water is covering the sand, creating the illusion that he is standing on water.
