Then you take a photo of whole left hand palm, set it as wallpaper, display a calc in the front, mask a part of it with particulary shaped left hand, add a right hand and take another photo (with mouth?). No photoshop needed. Little color differences are possible and are not a caouse of claim ;-) Look at your left hand: it is possible to bend fingers back that you see only a forearm, a thumb and a part of inside your palm.

He opened photoshop and made the pic. Simple! Cheers! Take a picture of your left hand in front of the computer, using your right hand. Make that picture the background on the computer. Open the calculator and arrange it over the background. Take a picture of the whole setup with your left hand holding the camera and your right hand pointing at the calculator buttons. Crop it so the edge of the computer monitor (in the second picture) is out of view. Viola! No photoshop! I think this can be done with no photoshopping. Take a picture of your left hand in front of the computer, using your right hand. Make that picture the background on the computer. Open the calculator and arrange it over the background.
