		<description>In China they have a structure like that. They turn off the water sometimes allowing you to see what is going on. There is a clear pipe that is sort of the &quot;water&quot; stream. The pipe holds up the tap. The pipe sucks up water then at the top the water washs over the pipe so you can not see it. Cool really.</description>
