Obviously, there are handles on the ceiling. His hand holds on to one, while his foot is strapped into another. That’s why the top is cut off… Stupid illsion

They would not have gone through the trouble of jumping on the bed. They clearly used state of the art clear strings, suspended them up in the rafters of the ceiling, attached them to a harnest, balanced the front and rear strings so he would not shift positions, stayed in that position while they adjusted the camera, and while he adjusted the tight straps squeezing his balls, he ended up with that facial expression.
