This picture is more funny, then actual optical illusion. Still, I found it really amusing, and decided to put it online. Thanks to David A. Weeks, we can see how some dogs are spending their spare time – hovering above the ground. I’m sure, all of know how this illusion took place, or do you?

The dogs only look like they are hovering because a photograph can only show one instant in time. The dogs are acutally flying.

I think we’ve learned a lesson from this picture. Pictures of cute, furry animals in mid-air are, well… cute. Pictures of goofy tourists in mid-air are just dumb.

it is obvious that none of you have ever taken a picture…the illusion is just that the dogs are running. The black one is chasing the brown one and in a very lucky shot, caught at a very high speed. They are not flying, nor jumping (dogs don’t jump like that) nor any legs have been cut off.

Compaired with the flowers and grass, the dogs must be really tiny.

I know how it`s taken, cause I took that picture long time ago…. Now those two dogs are much older, but as busy as then.
You know,they shouldn’t say “is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It’s super man” they should say “is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It’s super dog!
I think the 2nd dog is sitting.
They are actually jumping. It’s just that the photograhper took it at the second they are in the air. It seen this kind of things in a show before.
