Graffiti Illusion

Fabian Bohr sent me these two photos today. As I understood it's about freedom graffiti painted on Wall that Israel is building to separate Israeli and Palestinian. This is what Fabian wrote next to his two photos (jump indside this article to see second image): "Hi I've found these pictures on the internet and thought they would fit into your blog perfectly! Theses graffitis are all about freedom und look very realistic!"

    Artwork is from Banksy: http://www.banksy.co.uk/
This anti-israel stuff is the most stupid thing he has done so far.
What freedom are we talking about, the freedom of islamic terrorists to kill innocent people? The Israeli didn't build this wall for fun.
Anyway, he's a talented artist and many of his pictures are optical illusions, so have a look.

The graffiti is from "Bansky" (street-art-guru, if you ask me...)
check for more on his website:

    Banksy is amazing!

tom, are you kidding? Are you saying all Palestinians are terrorists and they should be penned in by animals? Freedom for Palestinians is not anti-Israel. Can you tell us how Banksy's latest wall art is anti-Israel, exactly?

  11. Anonymous Kunal

They don't look like graffitti at all, if you ask me!!!!!

I've seen a lot of Banksy's stuff, and this is one of my favourite things he's done. Got to love a militant artist with the gall to be political (with a stance I confess I agree with).

The wall is actually a fence for 90% of the 450 kms. the wall was built only in areas that were breached by suicide bombers to explode themselves on israeli busses and cafes.

Banksy is unbelievable but I don't agree with his opinion concerning the Israeli Security Fence that is expressed in his work on the wall section.

When the terrorism stops the fence will come down. an inconvenience for palistinians at the expense of saving the lives of innocent Israelis is OK in my book!

  15. Anonymous Bill

Haven't you figure out yet that he doesn't care who created the illusion?

  16. Anonymous george

    tom is right

  17. Anonymous joe

radicalarts, how are the israelies anywhere near animals?, i agree with tom

Regardless of your views on the politics of Banksy's art surely you've got to admit that it must have taken some guts to attempt such a piece given that he was risking being arrested or, even worse, shot at by doing it.
I can't speak for Banksy but perhaps the point of his work is to try and make you THINK instead of resorting to whatever ideology you have been indoctrinated with.
    Peace.

For all those who speak in favour of the WALL they have to know that whatever they call terror was started because of the Israeli occupation to the West Bank and Gaza in 1967 war.If Israel withdraws from the lands it occupied then all the problem will end.

No Rajaa, terrorism came before occupation. Do a little research about the early 1960's, the 1950's, the Arab riots of 1936, 1922, 1921 and especially the Hebron Massacre of Jews in August of 1929. Read about Haj-Amin Husseini, the Palestinian who died in exile because he was a Nazi war criminal. Then read about the exile of 800,000 Jews from Muslim and Arab countries/regions. You can't blame Islamic terrorism on xenophobia or "occupation".

You can learn more by reading than you can by listening to and parroting propaganda.

Sure. Read about the Stern Gang and Shin Beit. Read about the Zionists deal with the Nazis. Figure that you can't take land from one people and give it to another without someone gets homicidally upset.

    tom..

i cerrtainly saw nothing wrong and anti-isreal abt the palestinian grafiti wall paintings. the berlin wall certainly did nothing positive.. and i dont see how this wall in palestine will either...

    me ...

apparently u have also forgotten to do ur research... what abt the hundreds of thousands of muslims and arabs who died in the name of european colonization of north africa...

terrorism doesnt just go one way one... its not in the blood of just ONE religion.. or ONE nationality... or ONE ethnicity... so pls do ur research next time...

  23. Anonymous leila

thanks nancy for straightening all that out lol! keep up the gud work Banksy!!!!

  24. Anonymous Allie

I have been to the above picture!

It looks even more spectacular when you're there!

  25. Anonymous DonYan

And here in México, USA is also building another WALL, another IRON CURTAIN. And it´s a big bussiness...it´s das Kapital with the name of "Democracy". Democrap, if you ask me...Heil George!

i wish i could see it for real and see how many looked up for a boy floating away. It'll be funny!
