Lee Wallender sent us this fascinating optical illusion vie email. The image is titled “Momentarily headless”. The gymnist Katherine Coronel of Venezuela performs her routine during the rhythmic gymnastics competition at the 20th Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos y del Caribe in Cartagena, in Colombia. I would just like to inform you, that I received all of your submitted illusions, and will post them soon. It’s just that I’m still on my hollydays, and have limited acces to internet. Some illusions that were submitted require downloading, browsing etc. which I will do when I get back home, since I’m on limited mobile phone internet right now. Be patient, all of them will be posted, so keep submitting them ;)

what are you guys f*****g retarded? how is it possible for a human to bend their head all the way back? after observing the position of the thumbs and the hands one can conclude that she is facing towards you and that the head is just bent down and the design on the head matches that of the rest of the costume.

Oh my goodness that’s scary!
At first I thought it was a headless chiken with a gymastic suit on with no left leg….. then i saw it was a girl with her head back and her foot up behind her.
My daughter is a Rhythmic Gymnast, she can do that, but thank goodness never had a pic like that one!!! It’s called a SPLIT RING LEAP, because the body forms a “ring” with her back leg up like that, but because she’s facing the camera head on, no pun intented, she’s got no head. :) cool

You all can all see that the body is cut and pasted and the head is cut off by Paint or something. It is totally fake. It’s supposed to trick 1 person maxium but you guys are 1 million AT LEAST.
its probably a fake picture i mean there easy to make thesee days. i could do dat on paint. all u have to do is cut around the head and click cut. den draw wat the backround would look like over the spot where her head is. den from another pic u can cut around a foot and copy and paste it into this pic.

I’m a Gymnast as well and i can put my head that far back i train 26 and a half hours a week!!!!!!!! i Went to Melbourne for a competition just recently and i WON!!!!!!!!! Yippee so i would say no illusion but could fool any dopey person anywayz so cool!!! c ya
