Picture is worth thousands of words. I really loved this optical illusion: it’s artistic, has that special thouch, yet misses one important part – human head. I beleive you all know how this was done. Not only does the guy appear he’s wearing no head, but also appears that plate he is carrying, is preparing to cut him in two.

you can see some of his head if you look closley. On the left hand side. all it is is a man carrying a mirror. theres nothing to get.
not only is it a mirror, both the way it wrinkles the top of his jacket helps cause the cutting in half effect
he is carrying the mirror on his shoulder at an angle(tilting it slighlty down). i’ve done this before.

Yes… the point is that it’s an ILLUSION – it’s not supposed to be real. There are no headless men walking around. It’s not always supposed to be hard to figure out. You just sit back and say “Wow – that LOOKS cool” the end.
