I don't think it works with me right. All I see are circles with a guy in the middle. And when I move my head it doesn't work. Does it have to do with me having perfect eye sight?

This doesn't make any sense to me, the only thing that happens is when I look at the guy in the middle the lines move but then when I look at the lines they stop moving...I don't see no guy moving
