Few days ago, Bruno David Rodrigues sent us his amazing photo-work. His email got lost in our inbox, so just today I noticed it, and it was by pure accident. Below is a result - photo of a "transparent", "2D" building in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is not square and thus, from some angles, you can take picture that makes the building look like a 2D wall. For more wonderfull images, you might want to check Bruno's Flickr account. Also, to view this image from air, visit Google Maps here!

Look carefully at the clouds in the top photo... The ones in the building do not match the ones outside!

  12. Anonymous sarah:)

does the building have clouds painted on it?

  13. Anonymous Anonymous

We have a building like that near our house. It's definitely triangular.

  14. Anonymous Tori

I think i can see the outline of the building in the clouds, it is a triangle with a flat top. BTW, GreenDayGirl10123 I may be only 13 but I'm still smarter than you. :P

  15. Anonymous mira

unlike you, i looked at the map. the building is a rhombus.

  16. Anonymous Anonymous

Greenday girl you sound like ur a little Daddy's girl who always gets what she wants. i agree with tori, i'm 13 also and still seem smarter than you. and mira, what map? this is an illusion, dont need to go all scientific on it and check a map just so you can seem smarter.

Ummm...Acacia's right...I think it's a triangular building...The 'see-through' effect is just the fact that the building is quite reflective...

OTHER THAN THAT! It does look cool!

(It would be cooler though if I hadn't seen this sort of thing before)

    ......

Don't kill me! Oh, I'm 11 and seven months. lol

  18. Anonymous Anonymous

OMG! I'm 13 as well...cool!...Oh yeah anyways, I think that the building is triangular as well...anyways...CHEERS!

  19. Blogger Shauna

  21. Anonymous NO, YOU'RE AN 8-YEAR-OLD

I think I speak for everybody here when I say: GreenDayGirl10123, SHUT UP.

It IS a triangular building- or it has a very sharp corner like a triangle- as many people after you have said.

And calling someone an 8 year old (GASP!) when they are clearly SMARTER THAN YOU is just plain stupid, wouldn't you agree?

hehehe- I hope she actually reads this.

  22. Anonymous Anonymous

my goodness.. some people just need to grow up
read the intro. thing at the top of the image.. and view the mapp..
it shows that the building is actually a rhombus.
[square tilted over. for those who dont know]

  23. Anonymous Me haha!!!

gee yur nice eh greendaygirl. thank you for speaking for me "no your an 8-year-old". you saved me a l-o-n-g comment. on the building...yup, triangular.

  24. Anonymous Pikle

Nice reflection!! Anyways, it is a rhombus (or however you spell it). Also, whats wrong with checking a map? There WAS a link to a map that you could check; why not check it. Oh, and GreenDayGirl, this is a place to comment on the ILLUSIONS, not criticise people on what they think!!!
