Just fix your eye toward the center and you will see no black spots.In your eye retina -as every one-there is what we call “a blind spot”,when your eye moves and it wil move,the images of the white spots will fall on that “blind spot” of your eye retina in random,which means they will tern black and white in random and you will not be able to count them.It is a funny tool.

i could only coubt like 50 then it was all weird. but it’s not a double illusion. if you look closely, the squares towards the center look like circles. but as you move to the edges of the circle, they turn into squares.

I don’t get what you mean by black spots, but this is like the Hermann grid illusion, where black dots seem to appear and then vanish in the white spaces.
