If you observe the image below, you will notice that the zigzag inlays on this Taj Mahal column, makes the flat surfaces look concave! It fooled me at least. Also visit previous Taj Mahal Illusion.

It isn’t so much the zig-zags as it is the faint line that goes up the middle of them.
