This is an old stage magic illusion. It used to be called “The Sphinx” and was presented by Colonel Stodare in the late 1800s.
I don’t want to give it away, but although it could well be the box, I think it’s probably the same solution as the Sphinx illusion which is a different principle altogether.
Looks amazing in real life on stage. he picture doesn’t quite capture how good this can look.

Its definatly a box. You can tell because I thought they would be smart enough NOT to attatch a pole that you can see at the top of the box, going down to the floor lol.

Actually it is a series of mirrors that reflects on the walls and causes the area under the head to appear as if nothing is there.

Hey, This is the easiest illusion ever.
First of all, she’s in a box. The sides of the box are mirrors. In the photo, the person who took it is in a big EMPTY room. The box is connected to another room where the ‘girl’ waits.
She climbs through this tunnel up inside the box.
ONLY her HEAD can protrude through the opening. So it appears her head is only visible, on a plate. The rest of the body is behind the mirrors.

The trick is she’s sitting under a table. The table has a hole on it. Thats where her heads come out. The 2 sides of the table (the two sides in front) have mirrors. The mirror reflects the sides of the wall. So it looks like she has no body.
