Thanks to Patricia Hadad for sending us this wonderful set of images! This set was photographed by “vodka max” professional photographer, and can be originally found on his Flickr Website. Be sure to check more of his wonderful work there. More pictures of tiny people can also be found inside this post! It’s the same principle as the “Man Holding a Sun” and “Man Holding Taj-Mahal”.

There’s a klutz book out that u can buy, and it shows u how to do it. no photoshopping involved.

  14. sarah:) says:

that is soooo easy like thee peoplle are just standing in the background. they look smaller cuz theyre farther away.
you can also do it on stairs, one person in the front “holding” someone standing on the stairs in their palm. its awesome. but really easy and its not fake or photoshopped

  15. thomas h. says:

on the 2 3 and last 1 the shadows gav the pics away sry

  16. Cheshire Kitty says:

very cool . . . no, cold. THe ground looks snowy. Where do u think this was taken?

  17. Anonymous says:

    i’d guess a salt lake…

  18. Anonymous says:

duh you can see the shadows
so obvious there farther away than the object(or person)

  19. Anonymous says:

In response to Cheshire Kitty, its taken in the Uyuni Salt Flats of Bolivia, South America. So although it looks like snow its actually salt!

  20. Mathew says:

    nice

  21. Anonymous says:

uh, excuse me morgan, its not fake, the people are standing in the background. duh! i even know that and i know nothing about illusions.

  22. Anonymous says:

    i’m a trendy totebag

  23. hsckdid says:

HONESTLY! ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO SAY YOU NEED TWO PHOTOS OR THAT ITS PHOTOSHOPPED ARE MISSING THE VERY OBVIOUS POINT.

WHY DO YOU THINK THEY TOOK THOSE PHOTOS ON A SALT FLAT?

ITS JUST PEOPLE STANDING CLOSE UP AND FAR AWAY FROM THE CAMERA, BUT BECAUSE THE SALT FLAT STRETCHES ON FOR MILES, ITS HARDER TO JUDGE THE DISTANCES. GEEZ!

I’d love to do that one day… pity there are no salt flats in Australia

  24. Anonymous says:

It is just people standing in difforant parts of the gorund. Lik the are like 50 ft away from each other or w/e. Still cool tho

  25. Anonymous says:

The shadows in the first 2 ruin the ‘illusion’. the other ones work though.

  26. Rev says:

    parallax for the win!

  27. electronic cigar says:

These are cool photos. I like the first one the best, but they’re all pretty creative.

  28. Anonymous says:

Obviously photoshopped. I can tell by some of the pixels, and also that I’ve seen a lot of shops in my day.

  29. Anonymous says:

not photoshopped off in the distance…..
    idiot

  30. nobody says:

lol i like the mouth one
