Another nature’s magic act: refractivity of water and water’s abbility to magnify things in a way lenses do, equals another real life optical illusion! Have you enjoyed this one as much as I did? Physichs and Math are my fields of knowledge, but I’ll let this illusion be discussed among you, my faithfull visitors :)

What do these two buses have in common except their front wheel is perfectly lined up? Nothing! Well actually everything since this is basically only one bus with smaller, green one painted on the bigger one. This magic trick is similar to previous “Plummer Illusion”.

Remember Audi’s commercial we posted week ago? It was called “Audi in Escher’s World” and you could stream the whole video if you wanted. These two pictures are from the same campaign, only this time it’s about posters. You can see how Audi recognised optical illusions as a quality material for their promotion!

Observe this! No, those lines weren’t done in Photoshop. The red lines are actually painted on the buildings themselves! If you don’t believe me, jump inside the post to see evidence I provided. It is massive version of famous “3D Painted Rooms” I posted earlier. This picture was taken in Place de l’Odeon, Paris. Looks [...]

We got ourselves another simple, yet interesting illusion. This one was also submitted by one of our fans; Simon David posted it, plus provided description. Do you see imaginary black stripes?
Simon: “A simple illusion, black strips running bottom-left to top-right.”
