No Amanda, here in the “free” country of the US you would get sued for that. Someone would have an accident and somehow blame it on the illusion, and that would be the end of that.
Our legal system is killing us, you can’t step outside without breaking a law anymore. A simple way for a layman determining if something is illegal in the US; if it’s fun it’s illegal.

at first they photoshopped it as a plan then, they printed it out and stick it to the truck (it’s not painted)

Thanks for explaining this! I have gotten this dumb-ass e-mail FWD twice now and always get frustrated since it is so obviously photoshopped. I am so happy someone could explain what the hell was going on. :)
