They don't look like they are moving at all to me.
i really dont think that there moving the only thing that i see moving is the outside ring
All of the cogs are moving, but painfully slowly. Try looking first at the outside ring, then at the smaller cogs in the bottom left quadrant of the circle. (It worked for me.)
Look in middle dont move your eyes then it will move
Did anyone notice that that was nearly in the shape of a MAN?!
