If you cross your eye the the circles become almost black and white.

If you go to save the picture you will notice that it is a “.gif” file extension meaning that the picture is moving by itself although this illusion does work.

bah, i printed it out and it works. stil the monitor screwing w/ your eyes does help it a bit.
