The idea is to focus on the dot in the centre and then move your head constantly towards and away from the monitor. You should see the circles rotate spookily! Press the F11 key in your browser to see the illusion at full screen!

only the outer ones move….i’ve seen this illusions many times. They usually have only 2. It’s much better that way.

it is an optical illusion created due persistence of vision. as we move back and forth, the relative positions of the blocks changes, creating an illusion of movement in our mind.
